The combination of thermocouples and solenoid valves forms a gas appliance flameout safety protection device.
A thermocouple is a sensing element that can provide micro electricity, and an electromagnetic valve is a control element. When the tip of the thermocouple is heated by a flame, a thermoelectric potential is generated between its cold and hot ends due to the temperature difference, forming a closed circuit current. This causes the electromagnetic valve to be in a suction state under the combined action of external force and magnetic field excitation, ensuring smooth gas flow. When the flame goes out, the thermocouple quickly loses its potential, and the electromagnetic valve loses its suction force. Under the action of the compressed spring, it resets and closes the gas path, thus playing a role in safety protection.
Scope of application: Natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas.

Installation supporting structure (hot end)
