1、 Purpose:

It has the characteristics of no external power supply, stable performance, and long service life!
2、 Working principle:
a、 When the flame of the combustion device burns, the sensing element thermocouple is heated by the flame to generate current, which keeps the iron core and armature of the solenoid valve in a suction state, maintaining normal gas supply to the gas channel.
b、 When the flame of the combustion device goes out, the current generated by the thermocouple decreases, causing the iron core and armature of the solenoid valve to loosen, cutting off the gas path and preventing the gas from escaping
Performance requirements:
1. This product is suitable for artificial gas LPG、 Natural gas and other types of gas
2. The main coil valve opening current is ≤ 100mA, and the main coil trap valve current is ≥ 20mA
Secondary coil valve opening current ≤ 30mA, secondary coil valve closing current ≥ 3mA
At room temperature of 20 ℃, the internal resistance value of the main coil is 28 ± 10% m Ω,
The internal resistance value of the secondary coil is 2.5 ± 10% Ω
4. Full compression spring force 2.6N ± 10%
5. Temperature range for use: -10 ℃ to+80 ℃
At room temperature of 20 ℃ and pressure of 15KPA, with the solenoid valve closed, the allowable leakage rate is less than 0.02cc/min
7. The compression value of the solenoid valve is 29.1 ± 0.4mm, and the free length is 33 ± 0.6mm
