ODS stands for Oxygen Deficiency Protection Device, mainly composed of thermocouples, ignition needles, combustion tube components, nozzle components, etc.
Mainly suitable for gas heaters, the main gas sources used are natural gas and liquefied gas.
The oxygen deficiency protection device on the gas heater is installed indoors. When the oxygen content in the air reaches (19.5-19.7%) and the CO2 concentration rises to the preset level (0.8-1.3%. This concentration is much earlier than what humans can feel), the flame of the burner will float, and the thermocouple cannot reach the temperature to generate current, causing the air valve to close and cut off the gas source. Plays a role in security protection.
Therefore. The core technology of the heater is reflected in the precision manufacturing technology of the oxygen deficient protection device. The outdoor heater can start normally at the daily temperature. The device is well made and generally does not require easy replacement of parts or repair. If replacement is required, replace the entire device with a good one. When regularly checking the heater, use compressed air to remove dust and foreign objects from the spray nozzle. Never use needles or wire, etc.
The main advantages of our heating protection device are:
1. CO2 control at hypoxic point: fluctuation<0.3% (under the same humidity and other conditions, such as 0.8-1.1%)
2. In addition to LPG (or Propane/Butane), batch production of ODS suitable for NG is also possible
3. CSA certification (successfully passed in one go)
4. A total of 5 patents (1 utility, 4 inventions)
